I’m Jose Lua, I have been in the real estate business for 29 years. I grew up right here in Southern California. I graduated Class of ‘89 from Artesia High School and attended Cal State Fullerton. The City of Long Beach has been my chosen city for the past 25 years. I am happily married and Long Beach is and will continue to be our home city. My wife and two sons love it here!
I specialize in single family residences, multi-family units, and commercial properties. I am particularly an expert on Long Beach, Cerritos, Lakewood, Hawaiian Gardens and surrounding areas including all of Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles County. I have previously worked for Prudential California Realty, ERA Real Estate Store, and Mulhearn Realtors Inc., and now I am Century 21 Allstars. I have been very successful in earning various awards throughout my career for being a top producing agent in my company.
